I’m about to blow your mind! If you haven’t checked out the Pinterest automation tool called Tailwind, stop what you’re doing and check it out right now!
If you’re a blogger or sell anything online and you’re looking to automate your Pinterest postings, you’ve probably heard about the tool Tailwind. But you might not be aware of some hidden options this tool provides.
First things first….Tailwind allows you to auto schedule your Pinterest pinnings, which then frees up your time to focus on other profit-generating activities.
One of the benefits of Tailwind is that you can set time slots for when you want your pins to be published, and you can also take advantage of SmartLoop.
SmartLoop allows you to schedule your pins on a more extended timeline. For example, you could schedule one pin and have it Loop to repeat every 3 months, or you could even schedule your Christmas pins to Loop and auto schedule every Christmas. So again, if Pinterest is on your radar, look into SmartLoop because it frees up so much of your time.
You can also join communities and group boards as well, but I’m not going to dig into those right now, because I want to get into the newer tools that are going to knock your socks off.
One of the tools that Tailwind just rolled out is their Pin Creator.
That’s right folks, Tailwind now has the ability to design graphics for your Pins! All you have to do is insert the destination and title for your Pin and it will automatically create hundreds of pre-designed Pins that you can use and schedule right on the dashboard.
One of the cool things about this is you can put in your brand colors and fonts so that all of your Pins look uniform and custom to your brand. Talk about a time saver!
Another feature of Tailwind is their Instagram integration.
What I love about the Instagram Scheduler with Tailwind is you can write a caption yourself, or they will suggest captions for you. So if you’re completely stumped on what to write for your content, you can click one button and it will generate at least five different caption options and ideas for that particular post.
How cool is that?
Another thing I love about the Instagram Scheduler with Tailwind is that it allows you to save your hashtags; and it suggests hashtags for you. I personally have probably 30 different groups of hashtags that I’ve saved so I never have to stop and think about WHICH hashtags I want! I can just copy and paste 🙂
Also, you can schedule the first comment.
Not only is this beneficial for you because it tells the algorithm that someone is commenting on your new post, but you can put all of your hashtags within that first comment and that comment is automatically posted. This allows you to have a clean feed and keep all of your hashtags hidden within that first comment without affecting your reach.
